Below are the links to the various pages of the site, link access changes as you visit other pages, if you get stuck, use your back button to come back to the home page and click around again. If you wish to schedule a rebuild, or purchase one of our saxes (and it still needs to be rebuilt), send us a 50% deposit to hold your place in my work schedule. I work from a published schedule (see left margin) so that your sax will only be out of your possession a couple weeks, while i do the actual work, it does not have to just sit on the shop floor, until it's turn comes up... you send it to arrive on schedule and we return it on schedule. E-mail "the sarge" with questions about our vintage saxes at: wwsax@comcast.net Click the links above to see what's in stock. If a horns says "just rebuilt", then it's ready to go, saxes that say "scheduled for a rebuild" are waiting for the work to be done, but it will be included in the posted price. If a sax says "ON TRIAL" someone is taking advantage of our "Three Day Trial" policy (See Info and Orders page). Here is a pic of some custom resonator work. We can size the reso to your tonehole, or whatever you like. We can get you virtually any resonator made, my favorite is the Resotech solid silver reso. Check out our new page all about relacquers

World Wide Sax is located at: 2501 California St. #4, Everett , WA 98201 How to find us in Everett: 2501 California St. We are at the intersection of California St. and Baker St. A few blocks East of the main drag, Broadway. It's easiest to take the (Downtown Everett) I-5 Pacific St / City Center. Exit, turn left onto Pacific and go to Fulton. Turn right there and follow it to California St, then turn left and go to Baker. Turn right on Baker and park, you are there. That's my big house on the corner, but look behind it, to find the shop building in back. If you are coming from the North, then take the Everett Av / Hwy 2 exit and turn right onto Everett Av, go to Baker, turn left and look for California St. For the map oriented, see below:
After several years in Seattle we reestablished ourselves in 2000, in Everett. Pam and I live in the house on the corner and are almost always here, for appointments. The shop is the converted garage in back. We will endeavor to have all the saxes that are rebuilt on display, ready to play and the rest are in the loft above the shop, if you want to see the "before rebuild" horn. People often say, "oh, I expected it to be a big retail store, or something"... Uh uh, this is my repair shop. I have a lot of great horns, and most of them are waiting for me to rebuild them, but you are welcome to try out anything I have.
INFO AND ORDERS All our Saxes have a 3 day trial period, with a money back guarantee, less shipping and handling charges. Same applies for mouthpieces. Ebay auctions do not, as all auctions are final, but we do guarantee the product to be as described. How it works: You must pay for the sax and shipping (your choice of shipping, as you pay for it) in advance, then we ship it to you. once you receive it you have three days to play it and decide if you love it, or want to return it. You must let me know via email or phone, by the third days end, or it is sold. if you decide to return it, it must be packaged same as it was received and shipped back on the fourth day (or sooner). As soon as it is received here, you will be refunded all but your shipping and any paypal , etc. fees, (See below) asap.
Please e-mail wwsax@comcast.net with any product questions or call , 10:00 - 4:00 pst Tue,Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat.
We do not have a credit card machine in the shop. We can offer you these options. Of course checks and cash are always accepted, but if you wish to pay by credit card, it has to be done online, most likely from your home. We now accept credit card payments through PayPal:
WWS
has completed
hundreds of transactions through Pay Pal. They even have a
"references" system.
We don't accept credit cards in the shop, but you can use your credit card to pay though Pay Pal... just log into your account and use the "send money" tab to make your deposit, or payment. Please add a note in the message area, that states what it's for, with serial or other description, if possible. They accept more than just ebay purchases, they allow you to send money to anyone and there is no fee to the sender. They have good reviews, we have used them many times and they give the best rates. However, customers choosing to use a Credit Card (at pay pal) are subject to a Handling Fee. Fee structure is set up as follows (appx. 3.45% of total): 100-500.00 fee 3.40-17.00 501-1000.00 fee 17.00-34.00 1001-2000.00 fee 35.00-65.00 2001-3000.00 fee 66.00-102.00. This fee is designed to offset the cost of using charge services (currently appx 3.4% of transaction total) and the extra paperwork, not to add in any way to our profit margin, but rather to keep overall prices from rising.
Customers returning a saxophone late from a 3 day trial are subject to a Handling Fee. Fee structure is set up as follows: 1 day late, fee 10.00 2 days late, fee 15.00 3 days late, fee 20.00... etc, add 5 dollars for additional each day over 3 days, and a fee of 2% of the saxophone or mouthpieces website price. No exceptions. There can be no returns after two weeks have passed. We do accept Lay a Way's, for 90 days maximum, with no finance charge. Deposits are a minimum of 25%. You must agree to pay for the item within the 90 day period, or forfeit your deposit.
Consignment sales are always “AS IS” items. We do not do any work on them, unless specified at the time of sale and paid for in advance by customer. We do however, play each sax and rate them as: 1 “Playable as is”. 2 “Needs adjustments to play correctly” 3 “Needs rebuild to play correctly” Consignment sales have no guarantees, however you do have a three (3) day “Trial Period” in which to decide if you want to keep the consignment, or return it. You are responsible for shipping and insurance both ways. There are no restocking fees and all funds received will be refunded, except for shipping and pre approved repairs.
WWS shop policy: We are a small shop and can not store your instrument for over 90 days. if you leave your instrument over 90 days and we can not get a hold of you at the number/information you left us, we will assume you are no longer interested in your sax and we will either sell it, or assume ownership of it. No exceptions. Every shop in business has this policy. It is your obligation to keep in touch with us, not ours to find you.
