Newer era Series II neck (black "S") that works great.
-tested in shop on a SA80 Series 3 alto: Comparison shows the Series 2 neck as "rounder, darker and warmer" than the brighter, more focused Series 3 neck (without the spade of brass on the front side.)
-Small factory corrosion mark on the underside brace.
-"S" paint is the near black color (newer era), not the royal blue.
