A great large chamber mouthpiece made of hard rubber mouthpiece from the golden era. This is a great pairing for any vintage baritone, or a bass sax, and will often help with intonation issues due to the large chamber.

***RESEARCH UPDATE: Special thanks to RB from Canada for the fun research talks and Buescher Bass saxes: the chamfered rail outsides labeling this as a Bass mouthpiece. The barrel design is the later design = 1940s. The prior 1920s version did have "B" enscribed on the side. This one does not.

On arrival, this measured 0.069" and tip was 'refaced' elsewhere and was poorly modified and finished.

This mouthpiece will get a WWS Reface included ($120.00+ value), and the final tip size may be sculpted to your request. I would advise it aim at 0.070-090" to be true to the design.

Baffle: it is more scooped out (lower), and will have a "round" or "vintage" tone. aka a very low baffle.
