A quite rare, rubber SML mouthpiece. The rails & table look original but the tip and baffle may be slightly altered, which would support the larger 073 tip.
By the look and era knowledge, my educated guess would put this in the 1940s.
Baffle and chamber design support a "clean, French, Classical" tone. It's slightly smaller than "medium" as it enters the throat. I see some rollover baffle that may add some presence to the tone.
