A vintage "Tone Master" mouthpiece with original ligature - both at about 5% original plating on arrival. This mouthpiece has serial # B15 on it. It arrived with the tip at a refaced 0.065" tip size and the tip and rails are in good shape. The refacing was likely done decades ago by a semi-pro--aka: the work looks good, just missing some final finesse and polishing work.

TONE: Known for wide tone/resonance, "vintage smoke", evenness and sultry. These mouthpieces are known for ....vintage greatness -- credit to Dexter Gordon(on tenor)

LIGATURE: It arrived with the original ligature, however it the reed plate was re-installed here and may need some final adjustments to work properly. This is definitely for pursuing, ensuring a good seal for playing and maintain the original parts.

I know you'll want to try this one.

*** ARRIVAL NOTE: I'm considering some finish work and refacing, maybe open this up to 0.069" (Selmer C*) as well as helping it with some re-plating also. Expect a pricing increase for there repairs.

AFTER REFACE: This received a WWS reface to 0.072" and new silver + gold(limited) plating to seal the repairs.
