The very vintage "H. Selmer Paris" mouthpiece with a large chamber and original tip of 0.037". It can be refaced to your desired tip. These were made from 1885-1925 with changing logos, thus I think this is in the 1910s-25 era. These have a very large chamber with rounded side walls.
Comes with non-original cap and ligature (perhaps a 1920s Buescher design) that are both silver plated.
