1945 Buescher 400 "Top Hat & Cane" Alto

A beautiful TH&C alto! This beautiful sax was rebuilt by WWS in 2013 with Buescher snap-in, metal-backed pads and natural cork throughout. It was sold to a collector who had several saxes and mostly played tenor. It did get played over the years away from WWS, but overall, it looks very much like the sax that left - It was adult owned and well-loved as the previous owners "dream horn" from childhood. There are some cosmetic flaws to mention that left some marks on the neck underside and rear bow (all minor dents that were removed over time, cracking the lacquer).
