1949 Buescher 'Big B' Tenor

Sax Name: Smokey

Dark color Gun Metal coloring. Sadly, not original finish, but it oozes the vintage look. Big B's are well-respected and loved saxes. This one just needs our love to bring it back to life.

SPECS: In a relacquered finish, with a late Buescher replacement octave rocker (nickel plated) without the 'H' slider; there are a few dented posts that will get addressed, 3 of the original snaps are missing from small pads (too common), and now black rollers. Neck looks like it was saved/revived. The neck strap ring shows some wear too. That can be replaced now or later.

PADS: currently all older, recommending a full rebuild (included in price). It plays right now though! You can hear the killer tone and it a pro player was recently in the shop and gave this sax a 2nd and 3rd look. "a killer back up sax... or cheaper, main sax option!"

CASE: yes, Selmer hard case.
