A vintage hard rubber mouthpiece often paired originally with TrueTone models from Buescher. This one is 0.073" on arrival. I am not sure if that was near original, but it shows slight refacing work on tip seal. Markings on the table say "Tru-Lay 63/1000 M".

Large chamber mouthpiece - these are in high demand for vintage baritones to help even out the intonation issues. However, the large chambers often limit the volume, especially with a smaller tip size.

These have a nickname in the world as "the pickle". I have not knowledge to add except [they look as big as a pickle]. But then again, most vintage, rubber, bari mouthpieces do.
