It must be out of this world! - I looked at the serial number an read "UFO..."! (technically it's a zero, but just admit you like that pun too).
I am really a big fan of the Jupiter saxes (year 2000+). Great Ergos, high F# key, nice new case. Made in Taiwan, These have fast action and you'll love it over most any student sax. I believe the small extras make this Jupiter's Intermediate sax. The neck is original and silver with this model and is credited with a crisper, clearer presence in the tone.
An important distinction on this sax is the version 2 "II". At this time I can't tell you what was changed, but I take it as a good sign.
PADS:Ā Currently in factory pads that come with slight-domed metal resonators. These have lots of life left and you'll be happy with them for years.
Cosmetic Rating: 8.5 -- Quite nice.
