Currently plays quite well! - a smokey, vintage tone with core power.
A lovely King Zephyr tenor in deep, original lacquer. Bell brace has a resolder and there are some dents to remove. They should come out and look great.
King Zephyrs are "smokey" in tone. They have a grit, a bite that is a character all its own. I know a few players here in the Seattle area that gig regularly on these.
PADS: They are a mix of old and newer. Currently plays quite well! - a smokey, vintage tone with core power.
