One-owner sax, adult owned, and been stored in the closet to too many years! These have become beloved horns for the money- almost unbelievably affordable. Call it a sleeper, a budget backup, a Selmer in disguise... the forums say a lot. Most all people who have played one will tell you that it is a surprising nice sax. The cost is a bonus!
Phil's dedication to build excellent mouthpieces landed in saxes in the 2000s; this is Gen1 on his saxophone manufacturing. WWS Psych theory: The first generation of any new product gets the most attention and oversight; this often brings about a lovely product with excellent consistency.
PADS: These are original and they have lots of life left.
CASE: yes. original case in excellent shape, still has plastic on the handles!; + keys included.
TONE: Bigger than expected. It's quite nice for a modern sax!
This sax is so clean, I wonder if it even got much playing time in its life.
