#25k would put it at 1979 by SML charts, Finish: original lacquer body & nickel plated keys with some normal nickel wear, with the beautiful floral Gold Medal design in engraving. SMLs have a huge tone and wide sound. They are well-loved with a few quirks.  They sound more like an American wide tone (King, Conn, Martin...) blended with that French (Selmer, Buffet) finesse. It has all the SML traits you love: rolled tone holes, adjustment screws, optional G# articulator is present also. Bias note: I play on an 1955 SML Rev. D alto.

Due to France location, this sax has No Trial Policy; however, as such, it will ship to me here at WWS prior to my delivery to you for inspection and any necessary repairs to ensure my best attempts to help you receive an enjoyable sax with minimal risk.
