Yamaha's first Intermediate sax that helped the market with a valid option. These are very high quality saxes. This is the generation before Model 475. This is a pretty example, a well-loved sax that will advance any growing player--youth to adult. The "A" in the serial number is a positive note. This means it was assembled in the US Michigan factory; it was a highly regarded place for quality.
