Great condition! No signs of pull-down. Neck tenon measures 27.71mm for the O.D. fit.
My option is that it is a re-lacquered neck, with no serial number.
The Pick-Up WORKS! (Tested here at WWS). There is small wear on the cord casing. This is caused by the wire holder on the side of the neck. Side comment on valuations: with a non-working pickup/patched pickup, the value drops $250-300+.
The previous owner used this professionally on a 1930s Selmer Super series (New Largebore model) tenor and played even on tv shows.
Comes with cord with 1/8" end as seen.
